CNC Bending means that the bending and forming of metal sheets are carried out on the bending machine. The part to be formed is placed on the bending machine, and the brake shoe is lowered to the part to be formed. The lever exerts the force to realize the bending and forming of the metal. We have advanced CNC bending machines. Our bending technology covers almost all products, such as Metal Enclosure,stainless Steel Enclosure, aluminum enclosure, Metal Cabinet,stainless steel cabinet, aluminum cabinet and so on.
CNC bending machine and ordinary bending machine are made of stainless steel, ordinary steel plate and other plates. The difference lies in whether there is computer control and automatic feedback. The different results are: processing speed, machining accuracy and processing efficiency.
The bending refers to the processing of changing the angles of plates or sheets. Such as bending the sheet into V shape, U shape and so on. Normally, sheet Metal Bending has two methods: one is die bending, which is used for sheet metal structures with complex structure, small volume and mass processing; Another is bending by bending machine, which is used to process sheet metal structures with large structure size or with small output. These two bending methods have their own advantages.
Dongji owns 12 imported bending machines, with power of 100 Tons, machining accuracy of 0.1mm. The maximum process in length is 3.2M. OEM orders are welcomed.
